I always feel stronger doing deads after squats.

Very nice PB last night Lee mate - the 180kg for 5 reps was very solid!

One thing you need to work on is your set up, your currently rushing walking the weight out and making things really hard on yourself.

The squats themselves are looking better and better every session.

Deadlifting was tidy too Happy
