Todays training

Squats
Bar x lots
70 x 5
120 x 5
160 x 5
200 x 3 bar started to bend
220 x 1 went down with the bar and as I came up the bar bent so as I used my arms to try stabilize it my biceps tweaked and my back went because of all the swaying
220 x 1 changed the bar and tried again but my back was too painful

Got so annoyed I called it there

So my biceps have gone....again and my back has gone....again

Training is a nightmare at the minute not sure whether its worth even posting it

Shoulders felt gash wasn't stable in the hands and was painful pressing throughout training

Dumbbell flyes x 1 set the shoulder just couldn't hack it

Rope pushdowns x 3 sets

Treadmill 15 mins at very fast walk

Shrugs 160 x 10

Tbar rows x 12

Did this circuit 3 times back was PUMPED Grin

Biceps curls x 4 sets 16-20 reps

Rope curls x 3 sets high reps

Finished

Was only a short session due to having to be in a rush but feel good for it. Circuit was fun and hard but not exactly crossfit.

The tucking elbows stuff is very difficult for reps but keep practicing is does help a lot

Clean and press
60 x 10 was gonna do the 30 but was pulling on my shoulder and was very painful
60 x 10 didn't hurt this time :s 35.9 seconds
60 x 30 decided to give it a try 3mins 59seconds (hey there's a theme here!)

Rope pushdowns x 3 sets
