Finished ok session. Progression don't know what to try on squat for next session?

a nice triple with 180

mabie 3 sets of 3 with 175 ... just keep banging out the sets n reps and gont go too mad on singles

If you wanted 5 stick with the 170 until you nail it. That's what I'd do or multiple sets of doubles with.

Don't think would get 3 sets of 3 at 170. I will work some thing out that will involve reps.

Might try 175 for 3 then drop to doubles when I can't progress with triples

175x3 then maybe 170x3 170kg or 165kgx3 if 2ns sets felt too hard?

Usrus its getting there still baby weights but its a long road.
