Warps on 1 x 190 1 x 202.5 fail Lunges 8 x 60 8 x 60 8 x 60 First time doing these felt like could go a lot heavier Leg extensions 3 sets Leg curls 3 sets Ez bar curls 5 x 50 5 x 50 5 x 50 Preacher cable curls 4 sets Finished Kept me ticking prob shouldn't of squatted. Deffo gonna work on reps now as reps make my squat grow. | ||
