Depends on my groin my hernia been playing up, deffo up for some front squatting though.

Nice session there with Robbo. I need to get back up asap. Front Squats tomorrow you say !! My PB is 160 if you need somthing to aim at. If I can chance for a session at home tomorrow I'll be front Squating also

Went to the doc's today an he sending me for a scan for hernia's I will try go this time as last time I f**ked it off

Bit of a mixed bag of training nearly dint train as was knackered

28/6/11

Squats
10 x bar

2 x 170. Warps on
1 x 190
1 x 202.5 fail

Lunges
8 x 60
8 x 60
8 x 60

First time doing these felt like could go a lot heavier

Leg extensions
3 sets

Leg curls
3 sets

Ez bar curls
5 x 50
5 x 50
5 x 50

Preacher cable curls
4 sets

Finished

Kept me ticking prob shouldn't of squatted. Deffo gonna work on reps now as reps make my squat grow.
