bench:
bar x 10 x 2
60kg x 4
80kg x 1
90kg x 3 x 3
DB rows:
20kg x 10
30kg x 10
45kg x 10
shrugs:
65kg or something x 10, 10, 30
30 decline situps
several chinups and face pulls
today i did...

thanks, i wouldnt really call it lots of core work. i do something every session but not loads. today i was lazy and decided to not rest inbetween sets so i just did 30 decline situps in 1 set

175kg x 2 possibly a no belt pb and also i think this is the heaviest iv been since my back has janned

135kg x 17 i am annoyed i didnt go up to 20 reps, i was mentally weak
conventional deadlift:
135kg x 1, 1 felt ok exept the belt digging in

it was. im full time sumo untill my back is full on better. it feels harder off the floor sumo
