Not to mention the weekly AMRAP touch and go deadlifts. So I decided that this week I would deload. Squat bar 60kg x 8,8,8 chinups 10,10,10 db bench 15kg x 15 20kg x 10,10 that was fun. I dont know why I dont deload every week | ||

I can understand going a bit lighter (I occasionally do it), but not as light as 50% or whatever. For me it's - heavy, rest, or something else heavy. | ||
