Yep! Just need to try and find a way to work around it, but I don't think there is?

Much, much better! It'd be good to have a link to your own journal like in the desktop version though, or is there one I've missed?

MRI done. Initial analysis: herniated/prolapsed disc between L5 and L4 vertebrae. Awaiting full report.

I took this week off, mostly because I've been a bit depressed about it all, but also because now I think I'm more aware of the pain/niggles that I'm feeling. It all kinda makes sense really now that it is a neurological issue rather than muscular. I just wish I'd been to the Osteopath before now. This has been ongoing for over a year. I have asked him to book me an MRI over in Cheltenham, so should get confirmation of what the issue is. I could still be either a Spondylolysis or disk related, but will know for sure. Not going through the NHS, as it will take ages, so gonna pay the ~£240 to get it looked at now rather than much later. Will be back training next week, but no heavy deadlifting or squattingfor now.The plan I have can still fit around that. One question; apart from the obvious ab work, what can I do to strengthen core, other than heavy loads?

Hopefully you can get things sorted!

Crap news indeed. I was enjoying some consistent training.

Thinking I should back off training until I have the MRI to confirm. Osteopath did say to increase my core work as that will help stabilisation.

Got some potential bad news from the Osteopath. The groin issue looks like it is neurological. He thinks I have Spondylolysis of the L5 vertebrae. MRI required to confirm. Or, it could be a partially slipped disk, however, he suspects the former. He said my glute medius is weak, especially on right side. He gave my tennis elbow a good going over. Ouch. And finally I have one leg 6-8mm shorter than the other!

That's rubbish mate, hope you get it sorted quick, sessions are looking very good right now.

It is and they have been going well. Hoping it wont effect my training too much. Will be off to Boots to get a strap in the meantime.

Woke up this morning with what feels like Tennis Elbow. Hurts like fork. Elbow aids = FAIL. Booked Osteopath/Physio for Monday to look at that but also to look at hip/groin issue that I'm actually managing OK at the moment, but want to fully resolve, so.
