tried to do a few other exercises but was totally rekt.


Sunday I walked from Chalfont & Latimer station on the Metropolitan line to Hemel Hempstead which was a very enjoyable albeit pretty long walk through the Chilterns. As usual this was followed by a slightly sub standard Hertfordshire curry.

All way harder than it should have been. Bench has massively dropped off, probably because I'm cutting. Never mind, I will lower the weight next session.

I decided to lower the weights I'm benching by quite a bit since it massively dropped off and I am still cutting.

I filmed pretty much all my sets to check my depth and technique and they were all definitey IPF depth which is good.


Ab wheel and hyper extensions. Im actually enjoying the ab wheel. I want to use it to get my abs aesthetic.
