To answer your question, my program(me) is written by me and I decided I should probably deload because I hadn't had any time off training or deloaded since christmas and after maxing out on squats I felt tired and like maybe my "CNS was fried". | ||

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22259 posts | I see it as training your body to lift lighter weights. I'd be worried that my body might respond with "oh, I only need to be strong enough to lift that weight now" | ||

After that I went to one of those pie and mash shops and had jellied eel. | ||
