I dont know.

To answer your question, my program(me) is written by me and I decided I should probably deload because I hadn't had any time off training or deloaded since christmas and after maxing out on squats I felt tired and like maybe my "CNS was fried".

I see it as training your body to lift lighter weights. I'd be worried that my body might respond with "oh, I only need to be strong enough to lift that weight now" Grin

I was trying to remember my first 230kg, but can't. I have clear memories of doing 231kg, 250kg, 260kg and 271kg (sumo), plus some hazy memories of some of the in between numbers.

What do you think you could deadlift now?

I am excited by the concept of deadlifting 250kg conventional and beltless and being jacked as a result
