I have used it on and off pretty much since i started training and have never noticed anything whatsoever. Yet i still use it...


Speaking of supplements actually, I recently started using taurine and l theanine and I swear to f**k my sleep has got way better

I very nearly didn't go in because I was feeling a bit ill and have been over working myself recently but a coin flip determined that I would indeed train.

One thing that is actually of note about this training session and the other recent ones is that I am clearly now able to SLDL again. I used to do a lot of them years ago when training with Tom Martin, in fact 5 years ago I actually got my SLDL up to 230kg x 1. Shortly after this I injured my back and have been unable to do them for literally the entire 5 years until now. Aboput this I am very happy.
