Member 2477, 16481 posts SQ 190, BP 130, DL 235555.0 kgs @ 83kgs UnEq | was trying to go for a bench 1rm of 102.5kg today but failed bench: bar x 6 40kg x 3 60kg x 6 80kg x 1 90kg x 1 100kg x f 85kg x 3 closer grip (little finger on ring) 60kg x 6 70kg x 3 80kg x 3 supprisingly it actually felt easier with closer grip SLDL: bar x 6 60kg x 8 100kg x 8 120kg x 6 135kg x 6 PB atleast i got one PB today oh yeah and then i went on to do some peck deck to punish my weak chest | ||

Don't know what happend but it was still aching from wednesday | ||

SLDL: Bar x 10 60kg x 10 100kg x 8 130kg x 6 150kg x 5 PB That last set was horrible, first rep was ok, remaining 4 reps were hell. Poor form and too much rest inbetween reps but I did it. Finished off with 3 sets of 10 reverse machine flies | ||
