Bench Press:

The worst bench set up I ever saw! Arranged in a cage with a bar perpendicular to the bench at the bottom, in such a manner that it was impossible for me to arch. These were basically flat backed and horrid on the shoulders.

Strict Log:

80 kg x 5 (clean each rep)

Strict Axle:

first rep from the floor

90 kg x 1 - fairly difficult but I think that's the most I've strict pressed on a bar from the floor

Park Pull ups from a tree:

+19 kg x 10 sets of 5

These are tricky weighted because the branch is thicker for one hand than the other

Tricep Dips:

BW x 10,10,10

Didn't add weight because my wrist was paining from super fat grip pullups

DB Lat Raise:

10 kg x 3 sets of 10 one arm at a time

A woman then complimented my lat raises Grin don't think anyone ever complimented those ever

Today was Candito max reps today, and I had 4 as my target Unhappy but it was harder than expected. Knees caving in quite a lot on the latter 2 reps. Maybe I just panicked, as this is the greatest weight I have high bar squatted. Did a 4th single to get the quota, and then 140 x 10 as punishment.

Barell loading:

83 kg barrel to a 5ft platform 3 times (easy)

Wide Grip pullup:

220 kg x 1 - felt slow off the floor, so I repeated it

240 kg x 1 - again slow off the floor Confused

Original plan was 252.5 x 3 and 262.5 x 2 but I left it today. Perhaps the deficits 3 days back were too heavy? I also went for a short run 2 days ago, but would expect that to affect squats not deadlifts.

Sandbags:

80 kg to the shoulder a couple of times
100 kg almost but not quite to the shoulder..... I'm trying to swing it up like a clean. I think I need to use a knee to help
