Today I tested my max and there was a bit more there. However, I tipped forward a bit and used my free left arm to push up a bit... unwise to add more weight after that. A lot more right knee cave on the 180 than 170 too.

180 SSB beltless gives me 200+ high bar belted for sure

10 triples. Not too bad at first, but right leg was starting to cramp in the second half. Experimented with depth, got it nailed for the latter sets

Weighed the bar... 25.5 kilos disappointingly. Weighed myself for first time in 6 months... 101.2 kg

No bad sets there, better than last time, I think due to the heavier warm up. I find myself cutting depth sometimes on the first rep. Not the end of the world today, but don't want to get into that habit on heavy singles

Gently introduced to DB bench press, but need to stick to under 10kg each arm for the time being.
