Strained my right trap about 3 weeks ago. GP and physio aren’t too concerned and the pain is abating now, but not pushing it too much on upper body

Pause DB bench press:

Seated DB lat raise

Straps and belt. Back feels much better now

Lat pull down:

Up to 76 x 8 no straps

Up to 93 x 8 with straps

Making sure to pull it down vertically and not cheat the movement


Back extension
