I think you should go back to basics, like I am on at the moment.

We are at beginner level really.

I have adapted the Madcow 5X5 routine to my own. I will post the link shortly.

I have made brilliant progress on it. (Well, in my opinion anyway Happy )

The change I am about to make is Deadlifts will be 3's rather than 5's. The volume after squats is too much. 3's is much better.

just thought id rather be lighter and stronger than heavier and stronger i suppose. at 80kg a 3x bodyweight deadlift would be 240kg and i wouldnt mind doing that

I totally agree with this. I am currently about 92kg and am on my way down to 83kg.

Yeah pretty much but its made up for by a total inability to squat

Not too bad today. No spotter for the banch so I couldn't go all out though.

Bench press:
Bar x 5
40kg x 5
50kg x 5
60kg x 5
70kg x 5
80kg x 5

Very comfortable, could have done more but I didn't have a spotter and didn't want to risk it. Realy learning how to use my lats aswell which helps a hell of a lot

2 sets od DB bench up to 32.5s for 4, a possible PB I dunno

2 and a half sets od BW dips 10 reps.

5 sets of T bar rows up to 55kg x 6

My lower back still giving me trouble from that horrible 200kg deadlift

lol im a wank squatter but havent done it for near as long as bench. i used to tip like f**k on squat i think its starting to straighten out now though.. i hope

Well mine still has no hope atall but with that 5x5 thing I'm starting doing, I will be squatting 3 times a week which shiuld get it on track. That is if it dosnt kill me in the process
