bench today. probably should of eaten more this morning

bench:
bar x 6
40kg x 5
57.5kg x 3 x 8 sets

close grip incline
bar x 8
40kg x 5
50kg x 5
65kg x 5 PB i think

triceps and lateral raises 3 sats of 12 or something.

how the f**k do i make a youtube video work on here???

no i was considering it but i dont have all the boards and stuff. just some crappy routine i found on the internet "for the 225 pound bencher". 3 weeks in and i allready regret starting it but i will never stop half way through!

lol that is the kennelly method, his method for getting a 2 and 3 plate bench :P, just gain weight mate and you shall get far stronger. btw im Reevesy, my other acc is banned.

oh right! yeah see that was the plan at first but id rather get as strong as i can at this weight before i gain weight. why did you get banned?

i dont even know, i was warned for swearing then i refreshed the page and was banned and have been for a month now lol

horrible but good session today if that makes sence.

18"deadlift (about)
bar x 5
60kg x 5
100kg x 5
140kg x 5
180kg x 5 PB
200kg x 3 PB
220kg x 1 PB

all fairly dissapointing PBs tbh. i should be able to do more than that but then thats why im working on it

leg curls 3 sets

back raises 3 sets holding a 20

weighted crunches 3 sets

nearly passed out and/or threw up and i still feel horrible. got to get up at 3 in the morning to catch a plain too

Just got back from holiday. Strangely after a week of eating less iv managed to put on weight. But that's beer for you. Probably lost a load of strength too but I'll find out saturday. Most importantly though I got a milf PB Wink

Bloody hell you really did take the deadlift PB of the gods! Did you get hydraulic rams placed inside your body ?!
Also, very nice work on your milf PB Wink To me, that's the biggest PB of them all haha!

bit of a fail day today

deadlift:
60kg x 4
100kg x 1
140kg x 1
180kg x 1 slower than usial
200kg x 1 was going for 3 but first rep was horrible form and second didnt even leave the ground.

and there goes my back

did some abs and rows and stuff

right, should i do the ed coan deadlift routine or a normal periodization deadlift routine now?
