The intention was to max out at 230kg x 1 which seemed likely since I did 205 x 4 last week. I didn't take into account the fact that I had maxed out on squats and then done 3 sets of 8 just a few days before. At 200kg it became pretty evident that 230 wasnt happening that day but thats fine, its a pretty boring number anyway. I decided to just start the first day of my new thing I'm going to do. Touch and go deadlifts. deadlift (conventional and beltless) bar 70 120 170 200 220kg x 1 170kg x 8,8,8 touch and go Safety bar bulgarian split squat 37.5kg x 8 47.5kg x 8 57.5kg x 8 62.5kg x 8,8,8 or something like that hanging leg raises | ||
