85kg x 5 PB cant remember if it was hard or not

incline bench:
40kg x 8
60kg x 6
60kg x 5

15 sets of upper back stuff

skull crushers:
25kg x 10 x 3

3 sets of face pulls

2 sets of shrugs

had a very exciting session today with some very strong people Happy

squat:
bar x 5 x 2
60kg x 5
80kg x 5
100kg x 5 and thats actually a PB believe it or not
60kg x 10

5 sets of hyperextensions

5 sets of side bends

Bench press:
bar x 5 x many
40kg x 5 x a few
50kg x 5
60kg x 3
80kg x 1

3 board press: (a new experience for me)
80kg x 3
105kg x 1
110kg x 1 pretty dam easy. and ofcourse a PB Happy

Trained with a pro again, max if you're stalking me I was impressed with your benching.

Deadlift:
60kg x 5 x 2
100kg x 5
140kg x 5
165kg x 5 PB I think, an easy cheap one though.

Good mornings:
Bar x 8
40kg x 8
60kg x 8
50kg x 8 x 3

5 sets of side bends, 20 reps 20kg

5 sets of 10 lat pulldowns

Sled pulls up to 90kg x how ever long. It was coooool but hard and gave me calf cramp
