I'm working away this coming week. I'll be in Vilnius for a few days and then Riga back end of the week.

Anybody know of any gyms?

Went to train only 20 minutes or so after eating, having a coffee and necking an energy drink. Feel like s**t for the first two sets, messed up the 2nd rep of set 2 and generally had a bit of a paddy. Got my act together though and finished the session off quite nicely.
