Feel like s**t for the first two sets, messed up the 2nd rep of set 2 and generally had a bit of a paddy. Got my act together though and finished the session off quite nicely. | |||

This evening was the beginning of a long build up to my next competition... Squat Bar x 2 x 10 60kg x 2 x 6 100kg x 6 120kg x 4 142.5kg x 6 x 4 Bit of pain from my right knee so I didn't do anything else after the squats other than stretching. |
