Horrible session today.

My back was still aching like f**k so rack pulls I only got up to 3 reps on 180kg. But fair enough.

Box squats on the other hand:
Up to 120kg x 2. And I f**king struggled with it to. WTF??? I can deadlift 210kg but put the bar on my back and I can do f**k all. Why?! And I can't do it low bar properly because it slips off.

Ooo but I did have fun messing about with some pinch griping stuff.

Seriously though what the f**k should I do? Give up on my stupid gay squat or what? God I hate my legs

So what do we do? I might shoot my legs off I think I'd squat better without them

What your grip width on low bar squats?

I personally find that if you can bring your grip as close as you can (without pain) and then squeeze the bar into your rhomboids, it feels a lot more solid and the walkout is a lot easier, plus it doesn't slip. Also, do you chalk your back?

ah that might help. and i would chalk my back but some nob stole the chalk from the gym and now everyone has to use liquid chalk. so i dont think that would work

Well I rarely do box squats, I just thought they might help but evidently not

That's quite interesting but it can't just be that because it feels hard on my legs. So is it rear delts or what? And what should I do about this?
