My back was still aching like f**k so rack pulls I only got up to 3 reps on 180kg. But fair enough. Box squats on the other hand: Up to 120kg x 2. And I f**king struggled with it to. WTF??? I can deadlift 210kg but put the bar on my back and I can do f**k all. Why?! And I can't do it low bar properly because it slips off. Ooo but I did have fun messing about with some pinch griping stuff. Seriously though what the f**k should I do? Give up on my stupid gay squat or what? God I hate my legs | ||
