Body needs a break from the heavy stuff mate, back is still not right (just muscular and feel it worst on squats and deads) so am working on speed, upping the volume and making any small adjustments to technique... have bands coming from the US and will add them in and then once I have hit my targets with them will hopefully start moving the weight back up as well... I had planned to do more work at 85% too but only managing it with pressing at the moment as its fine on back.
