I train just twice a week mate. Usually I do: Tuesday: Squat, bench Thursday: Deadlift, Log, back & bis seems to work quite well at the mo' | |||

Am supplement free and have been for a good while, with lifts are approx. 10% down on supplemented best. Plan is to compete at the GBPF NW in November as a belt only lifter (or whatever they call it). Weak as piss at the mo', but last few weeks training below. Thursday 2nd July Deadlift 250kg x 5 Log Complex-Strict-One Motion-PP (All Cleaned) 110kg x 3 Tuesday 7th Squats 200KG x 4, 4, 4 Bench 152kg x 3 132kg x 6, 6 Thursday 9th Deadlift 270kg x 3 280kg x 2 Bench 140kg x 1 160kg x 1 170kg x 1 Tuesday 14th Squat 212kg x 3, 3, 3 Bench 155kg x 3 135kg x 5 125kg x 8 BW is approx. 110kg. Plan is to keep this up to date, but lets see how it goes.... |
