Yeah when I posted this I thought of you mate actually
My formulated plan is this now
Day 1
Squats - Russian masters heavy session
Bench - Russian masters light session
Day 2
Squats - Russian masters light session
Bench - Russian masters heavy session
Deads - coan routine (no assistance)
Bonus day will be some higher rep assistance stuff for upper body if I can make it
Not sure if I'll be able to tolerate coan deads but will see, just can't be arsed making a plan for them
Are you competing next year? GBPF?

Undecided mate. It'll either be gbpf or play rugby for my lads open age side.

I could maybe do both, but will need loose bit of weight for rugby?

You going to do gbpf?

Love you jc.

Love you too

Had a busy 6 months; 2 new jobs, stag do, wedding etc

Train 2 days per week now, and no plans to extend this volume. Sessions consist mainly of squat, bench, deadlift, with some log.

Am supplement free and have been for a good while, with lifts are approx. 10% down on supplemented best.

Plan is to compete at the GBPF NW in November as a belt only lifter (or whatever they call it). Weak as piss at the mo', but last few weeks training below.

Thursday 2nd July

Deadlift
250kg x 5

Log Complex-Strict-One Motion-PP (All Cleaned)

Thursday 9th

280kg x 2

Bench
140kg x 1

Tuesday 14th

Squat
212kg x 3, 3, 3

Bench
155kg x 3
135kg x 5
125kg x 8

BW is approx. 110kg.

Plan is to keep this up to date, but lets see how it goes....
