Cheers guys.

Squats were hard after doing some deads but would have done more but for work, with hindsight I should have just stuck to the deads as I lost precious time stripping/loading the bar. Will get my s**t together earlier next time!

185kg x 1 PB (probably more in there but didn't want to push my luck)

Push Press

50kg x 4
70kg x 4
90kg x 4
102.5kg x 2 (was supposed to be 105kg x 3 but training buddy misloaded hs side of bar, knew something didn't feel right!)

Had to leave it there to go and dress up as a Mexican and drink wine.

I'll start with the 18"ers and take it from there, whole of right arm, hand & shoulder feeling pretty f**ked but hopefully okay by tomorrow.
