Need to sort my s**t out on the duck walk and also grip as farmers I was struggling. Also need to train medleys as I was blowing hard after the short runs.

Cheers Kenny, I am pleasantly surprised at the moment as I am eating pretty s**t and not getting enough sleep! Twice a week training maybe suits me better than three?

Friday 11th December

Front Squats (28mm bar with centre knurling, only slightly bent, okay for low reps)

60kg x 3
100kg x 3
140kg x 1
160kg x 1
180kg x 1
190kg x 1 PB (on the limit here, maybe a touch more in there if fired up but will leave it there for now, maybe switch back to back squats)
140kg x 5 (hardest part was keeping the bent bar from rolling after 3 reps)

Close Grip Bench Press

20kg x 1 (another bent bar, 1 rep then swopped it)
60kg x 4
80kg x 4
100kg x 5
105kg x 4,4, 4

Cable X-pulls 3 x 15
Cable internal rotation 2 x 15
