That is terrible news.
He was a funny guy on here and I would say even funnier if you were one of the people lucky enough to meet him. Also one of the nicest guys I have ever met.

Some bloody good pulling there mate. It's also quite impressive that you manage to get these pb's whilst cutting and still do loads of back work afterwards. A deadlift set like that would have damned near killed a normal person Happy Good work mate!

Sorry to hear things ain't good, all being well it doesn't turn out to be something too serious and all gets sorted ASAP.

That's some good squatting mate and decent benching. All coming along nicely, especially if you are trying to lose weight at the same time.

Decent enough, think 200 for reps, possibly even 5 was potentially doable, but arm twinged ever so slightly so played it safe.

Squat

Holy s**t lower back pumped, made squats tough, weight easy, but lower back struggling. Think as much as I hate doing them, front squats maybe a better option next time.

Standing Cable Crunch

Was weird, right leg twitching on these when bent over Happy

Decent session, happy with the deads, maybe need slightly more sensible squat choice next time. Not keen on Front squats, so going to have to learn to love them!

Always easy to say, but it is true.

Looks like diet going in the right direction, slow and steady therefore more likely to keep the results.Happy
