Need to learn how to resist and put some solid repping in. | ||

I did some sort of build-up to the World Singles but I was a bit short of time and it didn't do much/anything for me (pulled 285kg). Between now and the Adders meet I will definately do some speed deads and maybe some heavy singles if it feels right. Are you entering the Adders meet again mate? | ||

Hoping to hit a proper PB this time as last year I really missed my peak (pulled 10kg below my best at the time). Somehow I seem to prepare better for deadlift for reps. This is of course the secret motive for asking about how you prepare... | ||
