Ok, I thought I'd start this journal and to say hello - so, HELLO! I've had a few PB's of late, so they are going in the right direction, however they are no where near what I want yet. Please feel free to rip my training routine to bits should you so desire, as I'm sure many will not agree with me going for so many singles and that I should do more reps - which I understand and agree with. But for the moment, and although there is no great structure to it, it seems to be working to a degree so I won't change too much what ain't broke!
So, here goes with the Log and the first proper entry with be tomorrow, as I'm just off to do an hour's cardio!

Stangely i was reading your log two days ago, was about to post and didnt. You've been progressing a lot since you started, will be cool to watch you on here.
