This is because you like your kick drums to have the same frequency content as a hi hat.

im very pleased with todays session. I have moved out my squatting stance a bit and made an effort to push my knees out more to stabilize my SI joint. this also allows me to cut depth a bit so it protects my joints and makes me lift more, hence its new name the "deca squat"

Great inclines Sir. would be very happy with that kind of gainzing in my program. I'm using an awkward incline machine at the mo for rehab. It's fun.
