What grip do you use for front squats Pete? I'm terrible in the rack position, it just feels wrong.

a proper (oly?)grip. I have 3 fingers(little fingers stay free)under the bar I think. It hurts wrists and delts though.

Yeah I struggle to get in that position, been watching a video of how to increase flexibility to be able to do it better, so I'll work on that. You were right about feeling weak on this forum, there are some right beasts. I might move my training log from myprotein to here cos not many of the strength athletes post there now, only martin and james really, and you don't get much constructive help like you seem to on here.

if your run down and wanting to train through it make sure your not putting too much effort in mate. Couple days off would see you right would it not?

You're right, but I don't wanna take a few days off if I can help it as I'll be off for a week soon. Was gonna take it easy today but felt ok whilst training. I'll probably just hold off a bit...hopefully! lol

Good work on here mate. If it feels ok in the gym then always go for it if you know its not there leave it for next time. The worst and most annoying injuries are ones you know you could of prevented Happy

just noticed my new tagline. That is disrespectful to say the least. Columbo was a married man. His wife was a big fan of most of the famous people Columbo arrested.
