I think there's something in September I might do. Just a club comp. I haven't set out a proper program yet tbh but as of last week I'm doing 3 week waves. (5x5 paused bench. 5x5 squats. 3x3 deadlift for 3 weeks, then triples on bench and squat, doubles on deads, for 3 weeks, then maybe 3 weeks of doubles. Ish. Maybe) | ||

If you did your qualifying total at 93kg you cannot use it to lift in a lighter weightclass you can go up (if your total is high enough) but not down | ||
