The lower spine is a difficult area to loosen.

I don't like any method of "training abs". Planks are probably the best of the bunch for me in terms of enjoyability, but I find them very unchallenging. Sissies seem to be hitting my abs a bit as a side effect, so that will do for me.

I used to enjoy heavy farmer's and think I was reasonably good at it, but my body doesn't need to be subjected to that level of stress now.

I have occasional Bigfoot related communication with Fandango.

Tesco's on the way home and discovered that they no longer give cashback, and strangely no-one seemed to know why

Another step towards a cashless society? Unhappy

I was actually thinking that we haven't had a thread bump for ages.

I do like Billy. I just wish I was better at deciphering his posts Happy

MR Wayne, Have you considered doing High pulls instead?

I used to enjoy power cleans, although I wasn't great at them. I would probably still do them if my left elbow allowed me to.

I would assume that they are not going far and so leave it on for the few minutes they could take it off. On Saturday I donned my mask for the pie shop and left it on until the chip shop, rather than remove and replace it.
On occasion, after my weekly Tesco run, where a mask is mandatory, I have driven home with the mask on merely because I forgot to remove it. Not often, but it has happened

I'm sure that explains some of them, but I really do think that some people think the whole atmosphere is polluted with Covid and the mask protects them like a gas mask.

I'd love to see you do that!

I'm aware of that Grizzly guy Happy

I've come away from big heavy lifts because I want to look after my body, especially my spine. I'm 45. So, you probably won't be seeing any more big zerchers from me. My training is more general now and I'm enjoying it Happy

idiots driving around with masks

I see a lot of this - people on their own in a car wearing a mask. Why?!?
