Most ridiculous use of straps ever. Sounds like one of those guys who likes to have/use kit so that they feel like a proper gym guy. Who spends 35 minutes on a leg extension machine??? Grin

+7.5kg is quite difficult. Not sure if I could do +10kg at the moment. I prefer the weight behind me, but the plates bash into the wall while getting into position.

I do like (most) seated shoulder press machines. Unfortunately the gym I currently go to hasn't got one, and the previous gym didn't either. I live in hope that one will randomly materialise.
