Not planning on doing - ive got the UK North qualifer which im aiming to make the final (Maybe crackpipe) but if i do the final is the week before the Unit20 comp.

Plus my missus is pregnant and is due 4th October so i dont want to be that far away from her incase anything happens.

Back to it after a week off. Was hoping for a few more singles at 93kg, or going up to 103 but it wasn't gonna happen this week. Happy that my shoulder was ok after injuring it the other week.

The squats started feeling heavy from 145 unfortunately, maybe because it was only 2 days ago when I front squated? Would have liked a nice 185+ for a squat pb, but todays didn't count

Cheers Jordan, although the deads were just light and fast, the squats were okish but nothing special.
Overall, happy with my first week back after hols.

84kg xf, f, f, 1, 1, f, 1 (c+pp)
53kg x 10 strict

Not 100% about the weight of the log on its own as the scales seem to be innacurate because of the length of the log. Hoping it's heavier than 53kg as the 84kg reps felt like over 90kg! Really need to keep practicing log pressing, possibly sneak a bit in on saturdays from now on.
