Was hoping for a few more singles at 93kg, or going up to 103 but it wasn't gonna happen this week. Happy that my shoulder was ok after injuring it the other week. | ||

Would have liked a nice 185+ for a squat pb, but todays didn't count | ||

Hoping it's heavier than 53kg as the 84kg reps felt like over 90kg! Really need to keep practicing log pressing, possibly sneak a bit in on saturdays from now on. | ||
