Did some axle pressing (overhead), but have a hand injury of sorts. It feels like it needs to crack, if you know what I mean. Struggled to press 93kg. Very dissappointed. Did a few rock n rolls but elbows started hurting too! tut. Ended up helping spot the big benching boys instead. That was the most productive part of today. :-( | ||

On the wooden logs 2 - 15" deadlift for reps - 227.5kg - straps allowed 3 - Fingals finger for reps - weight unknown 4 - Loading event - same set up as First Timers but this time it will be 100 and 117 stone, followed by 115 keg then another heavier keg (possibly around 140kg) 5 - Farmers hold - 135kg per hand | ||
