Good honest hard work in the sun! | ||

Been VERY sore all weekend and today after fridays lunges. | ||

Didn't get farmers walk done, so hopefully will do farmers and arm over arm sled, and maybe tyre flipping on tuesday. Sunday will be axle clean and press and sandbag loading at Exertrain hopefully. | ||

![]() Has little understanding of the sugden Member 677, 11338 posts SQ 165, BP 125, DL 220510.0 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq | Overhead/Events At Exertrain Axle power clean and press (1 clean per set) 50kg x5 strict, 3pp, 3pj 70kg x3pp, 3pj 90kg x3 x3pp Log press 68kg x5 strict 78kg x2 x3pp 88kg xf (rubbish!) 68kg x10 clean and press (1 motion) Tyre flip (earth mover tyres) 250kg x4 300kg - about 5 or six fails followed by 5 flips (2 singles, a double, and a single), another 5 fails (knackered) the 300kg tyre felt so much harder than the 250, the 250 tyre felt a bit easier than the (tractor)tyre we have at Ironman. | ||

I would have gone heavier but I couldn't powerclean any more on the axle and forgot my belt to conti clean. Tried it without belt but it was a no go. The one motions felt good, but I was pissed off I couldn't even push press 88kg. It was only a 10" log, (World of Strength) | ||
