Training is going reasonably well thanks. I'm most pleased with my squats at the moment, even though your numbers eclipse mine! Lol
Bench seems ok Ish. Deadlift, I'm feeling a bit weak on. 3 weeks of training before comp time.

Mine is going ok. I'm looking forward to actually adding weight on the bar, instead of just keep upping the volume. I know that part it important but it doesn't make you feel you're progressing like adding weight on does.

Not long before you'll have to put this last phase to the test! Are you feeling confident of beating your last total?

Hmmmmm. I'd like to think my squat will be higher, bench might be a tad more if things go well, but I doubt my deadlift will. Maybe similar total, but something to build on. :-)

Had the lurgy all week. Sacked off training today so as not to get worse. Will see how I feel tomorrow. Don't really want to miss any training

Trained light on Thursday. Still ill but not too bad when not coughing.

Kept it to minimum. Was feeling strong on squats despite being ill. Deadlifts weren't as easy.

Still a bit under the weather!

Squats (upto possible 2nd lift Ish)

172.5kg x2, 1

More than I've squatted in a loooong time. Last comp 3rd list was 165kg.

Deadlift
200kg x1
210kg x1, 1, 1
210 felt heavy but deadlifts have been poor lately so that was actually better than expected.

NW Powerlifting comp
Carlisle

Squat warmup didn't feel great so played a bit safe:
160/167.5/175. Good.

Bench...failed 115 due to not waiting for start command. Was really easy press but didn't wanna risk another mistake so went:
120/125. Good.

Deadlift been rubbish lately but warm ups went better than expected.
200/210/215. Good.
