I know that part it important but it doesn't make you feel you're progressing like adding weight on does. Not long before you'll have to put this last phase to the test! Deadlifts weren't as easy. | ||

Squats (upto possible 2nd lift Ish) 170kg x1 172.5kg x2, 1 More than I've squatted in a loooong time. Last comp 3rd list was 165kg. Deadlift 200kg x1 210kg x1, 1, 1 210 felt heavy but deadlifts have been poor lately so that was actually better than expected. | ||

Good. Bench...failed 115 due to not waiting for start command. Was really easy press but didn't wanna risk another mistake so went: 120/125. Good. Deadlift been rubbish lately but warm ups went better than expected. 200/210/215. Good. | ||
