has perfected the anvil roll Member 353, 3292 posts SQ 230, BP 160, DL 275665.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | copy nad pasted from comp thread Really enjoyable day, never worked so hard there was someamazing athletes there im a bit gutted I let down every one that believed in me but apart from that im really pleased with my performance I couldnt have given it any more. 1st EVENT TRUCK PULL + ARM OVER ARM,Took me a while to get started couldnt get my legs into it ended up just using my arms and came last by about 7 seconds  think its payday today if it is buzz can expect an order for a pulling harness.2 AXEL SQUAT 180k got 9 which I was pleased with my aim was double figures but this put me mid way. 3 LOG did 100, then 110 but 115 wasnt happening, there were some pressing beasts theer i just wasnt one of them, 110 was crack pipe not long ago so happy 4 MEDLEY 123kg FARMERS Was probably one of the fastest on the farmers, flipping t6he tyre was a piece of piss to say how worried i was about it sled dragg wasnt happening couldnt get my legs into it ended up rowing the f**ker back, was going to finish if it killed me and it nearly did, wanted to lie on the floor and throw up after. came 2nd to last 5 D/LIFTS, these weer about a minute after the medley and I felt sick and had the worst headache ive ever had but the thought if tony can get up from fainiting I can lift a few weights kept me going got all the way to 260 came 2nd 6 STONES 90k bout 70" 110 bit lower,130 little bit lower 150 did first 3 stones fairly easy but couldnt get last one off the floor think I jumped in air with suprise after getting the 3rd one ended up coming 6th about 2 points behind toby. I know i need to work on my pulling and dragging but had a great day, ben who won was really good was good to met travis and anthony the machine and every one else. Time to get my head down for the olympic dragons and vids to follow when i get chance to edit them. | ||
