Yesterday three mile run followed by 531 squats working to 185 x5 fairly pleased with it based on the fact i was that tired from the run i could barely stand

Yesterday couldn't do boxing at work as sports hall was being used so did plenty of chins and ab work I between helping kids out then played football for a bit

This morning kettlebell class moved upto the 12kg half way through as it was easy quite like this being fit

10pm session tonight

531 bench working to 125x7
Strict press 55x5x10
Pull downs 65x5x10

Had about threes hours sleep so didnt know what to expect but ended up being pleased enough.

deadlufts 531 working to 230x6
Set up squat stands in sun squats atg 105x5x10

Vefore i started had an inkling to have a go at grace but back pump made me change my mind

555 strict press working to 75x11
Bench supersetted with pull downs
bench 85x5x10
Pull down 99x5x10

Was the quickest 13 sets ever then went straight into 3 mile run alart from stitch was quite easy. Might manage this x runner on saturday at this rate.

Today 5.5km run in 30mins, followed by 555 squats working upto 170 for 11.

Really suprised how snappy and non rusty they were considering the run first. Was extra happy as it was 5kg and a rep more than the last 555 week. Loving the new slimline me nearly as much as yhe mrs. Can see me returning to under 90s next year

Not really lifting related but did the xrunner madmonk 5k obstacle race on Saturday and ended up coming 65th out of 570 which isn't bad to say I`ve only been training 10 days, the mrs came 16th out of the women and could easily have got 2nd if she didn't keep running back to me to give me abuse. Sense of achievement when done was amazing.

Not updated in a week or two as trainings been a bit hit and miss due to. Being busy and taking kids to. Lego land

Lost track where i.was with my 53one so started the 333 week. Again

Yesterday

Bench built upto 112 for a measly 8
Strict press 52 x 5 x 10
Bw chins 5x6

Today
Deadlifts upto 222x5 these felt far too hard dont know if it was the morning session of the fact I'm weak. As
Squats 110x5x10

Need to. Get consistantcy in my training and eating soon. Bw cant be off 90 need to seriously consider going back to.the 90s

Thinking of dropping. The 531as im severely regressing. Couldn't train wednesday or thursday so did squats and press today after a hours boxing cardio at work.

531 week

Squats working to a pityful 190x3 then 150x3x5
Press worked to 85x4 followed by 70x3x5

Didn't do any assistance as I plan on benching tomorrow. Need to make a decision if i.should drop the 531 or try and get the consistency in and give it another chance.
