It used to be breakfast buns and then pie and chips from the canteen but these days it's usually fast until lunchtime then something like - Seasoned grilled turkey breast with cous cous and mixed veg Lean mince chilli with veg Venison sausage with yep you guessed it ...veg! Occasionally I go wild and have a protein shake with rice cakes and peanut butter. | |||

Just thought I'd pop in and say hello to all my Sugden friends. Hope everyone is ok and hopefully I'll make some comps next year and catch up with some of you.
