No,not good steroids or chipper equipment, I'm just reminding those who like car porn and can tolerate Clarkson and his pals that it starts again tonight.

Dan / The General usually does the honours if I forget but I can't see a thread by him.

How much do you weigh and what will be your final weight?
What are you like strength wise?

I started at about 92k, I'm currently about 86k and I expect to weigh about 82k in my final pics.

Currently my strength is s**te but then it was when I started the cut. I've actually increased lifts from where I was at 92k. I'm back deadlifting semi regularly and narrowly failed 260k last week.

My head and hands are definitely starting to look too big for my emaciated body cheers Oly!Grin

It used to be breakfast buns and then pie and chips from the canteen but these days it's usually fast until lunchtime then something like -

Seasoned grilled turkey breast with cous cous and mixed veg

Lean mince chilli with veg

Venison sausage with yep you guessed it ...veg!

Occasionally I go wild and have a protein shake with rice cakes and peanut butter.

That man right there is a legend. Some of the best times of my life were me , him and my son lifting s**t in his garden.

Just thought I'd pop in and say hello to all my Sugden friends. Hope everyone is ok and hopefully I'll make some comps next year and catch up with some of you.

Might as well make some f**king practical use of this 'journal'.

Paul, I entertained your ridiculousness a while back but now it's just become a circus.

Oh and for the record, Rodger is as nice a bloke as you will meet in this game so if you find yourself telling him to f**k off then you really need to take a long hard look at yourself in the mirror.
