I just go and do a bit of squatting with reasonable weight as often as possible and when I feel like it I go for something heavy.

Mate honest question, didn't you used to be much better at jerks overall? As in, you were way ahead of everything else and hitting 140+ whenever? Did I imagine this? Didn't you CJ 140 at some point?
