Could get google drive to open on my iPad yesterday so couldn't see my spreadsheet and had to guess the Wight for the squats

Bench pausing on pins between reps 115x2x4

Ran out of time and had to take my daughter to cheer as I wasted loads trying to get my iPad to work

Hung over session today was bens football presentation last night and he got most improved player and they said some amazing things about him but a few beers and bottles of red took their toll

Bench 107x8 7 6
Wide grip chins 10 9 8
Bob curls 47 x 2 x 8

Binned it off and sat in hot tub for a few hours

Push press 80x3x8 strict pressing the first rep
Bench paused on pins 127x2 felt extremely heavy so went in for my tea

was supposed to be squat amrap day, aiming for 8+ but on the 6th rep had a mega dizzy attack so binned it off deciding i`d rather give it a go another day than possibly (highly possibly based on my clumsyness) lie under a bar until someone got home. debated if I should pack in or carry on and decided if I feint doing chins i`m only going to drop on the floor and if i do it benching the rack would catch the bar and i`d be laying down anyway.

really happy i carried on based on those numbers but gutted about the squats would probably have hit 10+

didn't intend to train yesterday but wife and kids were out in the garden and every time I sat down the dog decided to give me a kiss.

bench amrap needed 8+ but based on the fact I also benched the day before was being realistic and warm upd felt really heavy.

bench 117x7 taking it as 9 on the spreadsheet for the reason above

deadlift and push press amrap needed at least 8 on both

deadlifts 213x9 first 6 made me feel like I would hit 12 but got hard quick then
push press 87x4 hurt my wrist on these

went in for a bit intending to try again tomorrow but decided to go back out but switch to strict press, estimated my 1 rm as 85 banged it in the spreadsheet as the amrap would adjust it for me for next time

strict press 70x9
bench paused on pins 120x3 120x2x2
curls 52x2x8

glad i went back out.

Only had 20 mins to train so just squatted

Realised it's exactly 17 years since my first bodybuilding comp fingers crossed there should be a pic from that compared to yesterday below.

Was really busy last week so on,y really did the main excercises last week for 20min training sessions. Had a heavy weekend due to my birthday. Today was due to be squat a rap day with 5+ With 195.

Squats 195x2 195x1 195x3 kept losing it at the bottom so threw a strop and thought I'd try the Jim Wendler built like a monolith programs guessed my training max at 200 but should have dropped it

More squats 180x4 180x3 180x3
Strict press 40x5 47x5 52x5 40x12
Chins 50 over 9 sets
Dips 3x12 then 1x14

Hoping the higher volume and frequency will shake things up a bit 100 reps of chins felt a bit optimistic but going to go for more over 9 sets next time. Might drop the squat training max to get closer to the 5x5 too

yoke lots of 20m runs working upto 270 probably the fastest ever

did the squats with the axle as the regular bars wearing a sore on the back of my neck, think the thinner material of only training in a vest and the wetness from sweat is increasing friction, felt fairly comfy

Really happy with the yoke as haven't done any for ages and my squats arnt brilliant lately but smashed it

Left it at that as had been on a school trip to drayton manor all day and not recovered from yesterdays training

Won't write up the next three sessions but trained everyday for the next 3 days felt extremely battered then had a week away. Came back not sure what to expect hadn't benched for 10 ish days and bench is usually the lift that suffers most if I don't train it frequently, nicely suprised.

Yesterday
Bench 95x3 107x3 120x3 130x1
Chins 52 over 7 sets
Log worked up in singles to 95, failed 100 held on my chest too long then another 95 for confidence

Gone and signed up for a north east u der 90 comp in 2 weeks so need to pull my finger out. This frequency thing seems to be working so wondering if I should rest up for it or not the last few days?

Today's session felt like I've done f**k all.

Squats triples with 145,165,185
Yoke worked upto a couple of 20m runs with 270 could easily have done double the distance.

Rain put paid to any loading as all my implements were soaked.
