looking good Jaime. you still going to do full power or just singles?

Ideally I`m looking to do do both want to open at the qualifier with the qualifying lifts then go silly on my next 2 lifts, Then do the full power and hope fully all three at the singles as long as I can afford it at 20 a lift it starts getting expensive and hopefully qualify for a few lifts at the worlds and do what I can there depending on what I can afford.

Really good one yesterday, quite surprised as I felt crap to start with.

deadlifts 215x3x5
log 73x6, 83x5, 93x3, 98x1
chins bw+22.5x8,8,6,6
farmers 104kgx20m flat 20m up drive 20m down drive then 20m flat again
felt like I was having a good day so did some stones
80kg to 4foot 3 twice went really easy, heavier stone to 3 1/2 foot once

going to try and sort some new farmers over the xmas holidays as my tricep bars are reallt bent and pickups are getting ropey.

really good un yesterday:

squats 207.5x5 singles will easily make my goal of 210 for xmas
Bench 117.5x6 then 110x7 had a spaz moment and put too much on for first set
seated log press in rack 95x3 83x3x6
Yoke 200kg in plates 3x20m getting hang of tehse now
stone 80kg to 5ft x3
heavy stone to 3foot 9 x2

stones 3 times a week is really paying off with my technique.

Changed a few thing round as i feel ive maxed out on the 5x5 for a bit going to drop to 3x3 on the bench and squat to keep the progression going

squats 185x5,3,3
Bench 142.5x3,3,3
80kg stone to 58" 3 times feel i could do this all day now
heavier stone to 46" once then another attempt and lapped it but couldnt get my grip right didnt have tacky on today
Continental cleans 60x3,70x1,80x1,90x1,100x1 and pressed easily

I`m assuming continental cleans sre where you rest the bar on your belt, these seemed to go really well considering its the first time ive done them, reckon I could get to at least 115, last one felt that good decided to press it and 100 flew up.

most sm comps wont let you rest it on your belt so id try training it by resting it on your belly if you can like this:

just whack a load of chalk on your shirt and it should stick. a power belly helps obviously!

A power belly would definitely help.

That or rest it on the belt but try it make it look like you arent.
