I`m trying to balance powerlifting and more strong man next year. I`m just starting the 3x3 phase of a periodised bill starr routine i found on the next with a bit of strong man stuff tagged on the end. Today I did: squats 175kgx3x3 goodmornings 80kgx2x5 bench 120x3 132x3 147x1 1/2 crucifix 13kgx2x35secs Trap Bar Rows 80kgx3x3 farmers 90kg for 2 lots of 2 10m lengths of garden. gonna take weight up on these as find the walk fairly easy its the turns i find hard the tricep bars tend to meet after turnng. I`m planning on making an 100kg approx stone this weekend and saving my pennys for a log when I can afford it dont suppose anyone knows any cheaper than the david horne gripmaster ones? | ||
