This is some seriously strong stuff at 90kg. Very impressive!

How much powerlifting have you done? I reckon you'll be a decent contender at 90 whichever fed you choose to lift in.

Keep strong
Sam

Welcome here Jamie, some very good lifts you have. What lift/s do you intend to do in Bradford next year? I may have a go at these just for the sheer fact that they are in England.

Havent got my book in front of me so poundage and numbers might be a bit off but today:

trapbar deads 185x3 215x3 230x3
bench 145x3x3
trap bar rows 115x3x3
stone to pin 12(in rack) neck height to lip
pin 11 2" lower to lip
pin 10 2" lower 2 reps

might need to revise the use of planks across my rack as a platform as I cant push the stone against them to get my hands under it to push up.

Thick bar press 65x8 65x6

Wsa chiselling the hand holds out of my log between sets and I`m getting bored now cant believe how much i need to remove in a 12" log to get my hands to the middle. If anyone has any ideas of a quicker way I`m interested.

Yesterday:

Squat 191x3 then 2x2
Bench 125x3 141x3 156xmiss
Trap Bar Rows 110x3 115x3 120x3
farmers 110x8m 110x12m
Crucfix 13kgx 45secs then 35secs
80kg Stone pin 11x2 then to lip

Should hopefully get my log finished in next few days just need to finish cutting the bar for the handles and loading pins, kept breaking hacksaw blades probably not a good idea using solid bar Unhappy
