Today deadlift and press Amrap, target was 5+ on each

Deadlifts 227x6 1.5kg increase on max
Push press 92x6 1.5kg increase again
bench off pins 127x3 singles 100x7
one motion log, log +42kg x 3 singles

Friday had to have the worlds quickest session

squats 1 mins rest 185x4x3 185x2
chins 1 mins rest 15,8,6

Brought my hands in and between that and using the ipad camera as a kind of mirror seemed to sort out the wonky bar. The draw back of this being I get my depth by squatting til my elbows hit the pins I had to go a bit deeper so i was probably going 2 inch deeper which made them about twice as hard.

Today, local shop had an offer on monster so had a can before training, at the end of deadlift warm ups sent my dizziness into over drive so spent the session with the garage spinning.

Deadlifts 222x5x3 one mins rest between sets
push press 90x3x5 1 mins rest between sets

left the assistance as standing up was interesting

Had a spare half hour so popped in garage for yesterday's assistance I couldn't do due to dizzys.

Bench paused on pins 130x2x1 120x2 100x8
Press paused on pins 75x2x5
Chins resting 10 seconds between sets 1,2,3,4,5

Realised I had missed a week on my spread sheet when I saw it was am rap week again but never mind.

Squat am rap needed 3+ 200 X 4 hit my bum on the wall on the 4th rep otherwise 5 might have been in me taking it as an under 90 kg pb

Bw chins 1 mins rest 15 8 7

Leg curls 55x8

Started some kettle bell challenge thing I saw on Facebook for no other reason than I couldn't find a reason not to. So 16kg bell 40 swings 10 lunges and 10 squat presses. Didn't press as intend dojng bench am rap tomorrow

Not updated in a bit as trainings been a bit hit and miss, had some young lad who must have got his drivers licence in a cornflake packet not see my black shiney van and pull across my path at a cross roads so had a bit of a bump causing him us both to end up in a & e, luckily for me 2.5 tonne of T5 has a lot more momentum than a c1 so i could make my own way he needed and ambulance to take him. Trainings been a bit painful so made it up as I`ve gone along but back on it.

dropped the minutes rest for this cycle to see how it helps my amraps at the end of each phase. no wasting too much time between sets so probably 2.30 mins tops so today:

Deadlifts 180x3x10
Push press 72x2x10 72x6

Should have probably had today's session a few days ago but not had time.

Squat am rap day

Squats needed minimum of 10 170x12 could have probably pushed it further

Chins 1 mins rest 15,7,6

Curls 45x2x10

Yesterday bench am rap

Bench 97x13 realised it was a misload so put the correct 107 and did 7 should have got over 10 but think the set to failure previous didn't help

Bench paused on pins 107x2x2

Wide grip chins 10, 9, 8

10 mins random kettle bell work

Haven't trained much the last week perversely seem to have less time to train when I'm off for the school holidays than when I'm at work, went to the world team strongman and fired up my motivation.

Today
4 mile run followed by
Bench 5x8 with 95kg
Wide grip chins 10 9 8
Press paused on pins 2x5 with 75kg

Starting to wonder if my dizziness is blood sugar related, ran on Tuesday and had the worst dizziness so far at two miles, never seem to get them after lunch so made sure I had a few meals before running and apart from wanting to stop between 2.5 and 3 miles managed ok.
Pleasantly surprised by the bench it's the lift that suffers if frequency drops and thought the run would affect it.
