Training today:
Deadlift:
100kg x 3
140kg x 1
160kg x 1
180kg x 1
200kg x 1
230kg x 1 yay!
Squat:
60kg x 3
100kg x 1
120kg x 1
140kg x 1
light wraps on:
160kg x 1
185kg x fail boo!
was out on the piss late (for me) last night so this session was meant for in the week. woke up feeling good though and after some caffeine I really felt like 230 would go today so I went for it. end of year deadlift target - nailed!
sadly my squat target wasnt there. not too bothered though as my build up has been 100% deadlift focused.
2, possibly 3 more tragets to hit before the year is out. fingers crossed!
