Trump will get another four years Member 126, 16708 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 225495.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq | Training today: Log clean + press: 64kg 3 x 3 74kg x 3 84kg x 1 87kg x 1 87kg x 6 in 75secs Yoke (10m course): 130kg for 20m 170kg for 20m 210kg for 20m 250kg for 40m - 43secs Loading medley: 2 x 90kg Duckwalks, 2 x 100kg Sandbags - 66secs Stones (to 47"): no tacky: 80kg x 3 110kg x 1 tacky: 110kg x 1 135kg fail 135kg x 1 had to earn this one! log form was off. could be deadlifting on wednesday, low cals this week, cold weather or all of the above. still got my reps done although I had to push press the last one. in contrast, yoke felt decent. probably helped by the best conditions ive had in weeks to do it. thought id take the opportunity to do the full 40m. first two lengths were easy and fairly speedy but my lack of stamina kicked in on the third and then wrecked me on the last. tried out the mids 80 loading. didnt put much weight on the ducks but was happy with the setup. was feeling knackered by the time I got to stones but I didnt want to skip them. failed the 135 but it was more of a technique fail than anything else. hit it just after which I was happy with as thats the first time ive tried it at this bw. vid: | ||
