thursday : 1 hour boxing session 8 x 3minute rounds bags and exercises mixed up 30 seconds of each

friday : power cleans barx3 40kx3 60kx3 70kx3 80kx2 just missed the 3rd

then did 4 rounds of pads with the bodybag with my son whilst he tried to kill me fun!

monday 8 3 minute rounds of circuits non stop n the bag , leg exercise, boxing on the bag, leg exercise, pads , leg exercise . then 5 rounds of bronco style sprints split into 2 tems racing each other . Hard session but good fun!

sparred 10 1 minute rounds working up from light technical to hard sparring for the last couple got to spar 4 different people with us dropping in and out , which was great as I never did more than 2 rounds back to back and sparring is f**king knackering .
