Training today: Cleans: 60kg x 1 70kg x 1 80kg x 1 90kg x 1 100kg x 1 110kg 2 fails 105kg x 1 Snatch/overhead squat: 60kg x 1 70kg x 1 80kg x 1/5 felt like I needed to stir it up a bit so im going to bring cleans back in. was a bit annoyed to miss the 110 as I think the strength is there. was just being a pussy about getting back under the bar and my tech was shockingly bad. happy with the snatch/oh squats tho. to hit 80 first time after only 2 warm ups is decent. and then sticking 5 oh squats on after was decent too. vid: | ||

Trump will get another four years Member 126, 16708 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 225495.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq | Training today: Log clean + press: 65kg 3 x 3 75kg x 2 75kg x 10 Yoke (10m course): 130kg for 20m 170kg for 20m 210kg for 20m 230kg for 40m - 34secs Farmers walk (12m course): 70kg for 24m 120kg for 24m - 23secs PB Stones (to 47"): no tacky: 80kg x 3 80kg x 10 in 60secs broke out the crossfit weights again to keep myself fresh. pretty decent session. got my log target of 10 but just outside of the 75secs I wanted to do it in. happy with it nonetheless. yoke felt strong. was trying to speed up my drop turns but mucked up the last one and the foot of the yoke got caught on the mats. slowed me right down on the last run and finished it a second slower than last time. maybe with out the error might have beat that time. farmers felt hard. pickup was tough and the back end swung out on the turn so I had to slalom past the drainpipe and shed. still, fastest time I have done with this weight. stones felt much easier than last time I repped out with the 80 raw. 10 was the target in 75 but nailed it in 60. will go 75 next time and see what I can do. vid: | ||
