Trump will get another four years Member 126, 16707 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 225495.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq | Training today: Log clean + press: 64kg 3 x 3 74kg 3 x 2 84kg x 1 94kg x 1 - misload 89kg x 5 + 1 fail + 1 tantrum Yoke (10m course): 130kg for 20m 170kg for 20m 210kg for 20m 230kg for 40m - 39secs Farmers walk (12m course): 70kg for 24m 115kg for 24m - 23secs Stones (to 47"): no tacky: 80kg x 3 110kg x 1 tacky: 110kg x 5 not an optimal session. the weakness is definately in my pickups which im guessing is to do with what im doing in the week. need to readjust the routine for sure. log was weak but that was down to the clean being suboptimal. was pretty pissed off with missing the 6th rep and had a minor tantrum and took it out on an innocent loading pin. decided to drop the weight on yoke as my body obviously wasnt firing that well today. good decision as I got a decent run in and goy my head back in the game. farmers felt like a good run. fair speed, a good controlled turn and the farmers were under control enough to concentrate on speed on the way back. time still wasnt my best though. lapping the stones was tough today. much harder than only a couple of weeks ago. just down to this low back/ham tiredness. gonna have to work out a new routine. vid: | ||

You heard this banger? thats a good track. no I hadnt heard it. kk dropped off my radar in the early 2000s. my only connection to post 90s/00s hip hop is the occasional google search of artists I used to listen to, usually followed by a trip down a youtube rabbit hole of what I had missed. actually thats not quite true, I keep up with madlib's output and recently discovered apollo brown. from what I have heard, I havent really enjoyed doom much since he got deported from the US. usually down to the production though. may as well drop my favourite kk track here.. | ||

I think heavy deadlifting in the week is affecting the explosiveness of my clean. just going to build on sixes and then seven should be there fresh. yoke was good. come on leaps and bounds since october. went a bit lighter on farmers to save a bit of energy for stones. happy enough with the run. stones were decent. over a low bar but pleased to hit my target of seven. tech is feeling more fluid now. vid: | ||
