bench:
bar x 3 x 2
40kg x 3
60kg x 5
80kg x 3
92.5kg x 3 PB
70kg x 5 haha felt well hard

DB bench:
20kg x 8
30kg x 6
32.5kg x 5 (pb?)

cable rows, a few sets, full stack x 5

tricep extensions DB
a few sets, hurt my shoulder so i stoped

thats pretty much it

no i see what youre driving at and i have tried that and i am much weaker that way, i would much prefer to get my back stronger so i can continue conventional without it rounding. trust me, me doing that kind of sumo thing is not pretty

bit of a question for anyone out there. right, i need to strengthen my back to eliminate back rounding on the deadlifts. i was thinking front squats, maybe zercher squats. is this good? possibly seated goodmornings? what do we think?

and also, a 190 sldl, from whatever height, with a 200kg deadlift is very good! the week before i pulled 210 i only just sldl'd 150kg for 5

All the way through a holiday I'm allways lookimg forward to coming home, occasionally if its a good enough holiday I will miss it when I get home but in general, I just love being at home too much
