I have not eaten ants although if they were nicely prepared I would absolutely do so, I dont have a problem eating insects, except I dont think I could eat a spider.

I did barbell rows last weekend and although I didnt feel it much in my lats at the time, the next day I had tremendous DOMS in my entire upper back. This made me want to do it again.
