was trying to go for a bench 1rm of 102.5kg today but failed bench: bar x 6 40kg x 3 60kg x 6 80kg x 1 90kg x 1 100kg x f 85kg x 3 closer grip (little finger on ring) 60kg x 6 70kg x 3 80kg x 3 supprisingly it actually felt easier with closer grip SLDL: bar x 6 60kg x 8 100kg x 8 120kg x 6 135kg x 6 PB atleast i got one PB today oh yeah and then i went on to do some peck deck to punish my weak chest | |||

From what iv seen, squat 60kg once they figure out how to go parrolel, Bench, usially around 35kg Deadlift, around 110kg Strict press, maybee around 20kg But to be fair all this has been from people around my age (17) so they were pretty weak |
